Mr. Tilak Dhar
4th February 1956 – 1st July 2019

He was instrumental in setting up the drug intermediate project under Daurala Organics Ltd. He was its Managing Director till the time it was amalgamated with the Company in 2005 considering the economy in operations and synergy. On passing away of our Founder Dr. Bansi Dhar, baton passed on to him and he had taken the company to greater heights, adhering to the ethos and values laid down by the founder.

Sh. Tilak Dhar had a passion for facts and figures and his decisions always used to be well – considered and informed. His untimely demise caused a temporary vacuum. The Board of Directors quickly filled the vacuum by elevating Shri Alok B. Shriram and Shri Madhav B. Shriram to the positions of Senior Managing Director and Managing Director respectively. We pay tribute to late shri Tilak Dhar by following his footsteps in ensuring transparency and fair play in every aspect of the business.

So long as India did not get an effective control over her fiscal policy and was not represented at the Imperial Conference by a direct representative of her own; she could not be expected to feel herself bound by any commitment made on her behalf

Lala Shriram April 07, 1931
