NABL Accreditation – ISO/IEC 17025:2017
Shriram Institute for Industrial Research has been accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) in accordance with the international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
This certification recognizes the Institute’s competence in the field of Calibration, ensuring that its laboratory facilities at Bengaluru meet globally accepted standards for quality, accuracy, and reliability.

Government of India – Certificate of Approval of Laboratory (Export)
Shriram Institute for Industrial Research is approved by the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Government of India as a certified laboratory for export testing under the Agriculture Produce (Grading & Marking) Act, 1937.
This recognition authorizes our laboratory to conduct quality testing and grading for a wide range of agricultural produce, including table grapes, pomegranate, guava, okra, mango, tomato, onion, drumsticks, cucumbers, and banana.

Airbus – Independent Testing Laboratory Approval.
Shriram Institute for Industrial Research has been approved by Airbus Defence and Space as an Independent Testing Laboratory in accordance with CASA-1400-55-FT.
This prestigious approval recognizes our competence in carrying out specialized testing for materials and processes required by Airbus. It validates our laboratory’s ability to deliver results that meet the strict quality, reliability, and safety standards of the aerospace industry.

Recognition by Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB)
Shriram Institute for Industrial Research has been officially recognized as an Environmental Laboratory under the Environmental (Protection) Act, 1986 by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Government of India.
This recognition, granted on 31st May 2024, authorizes the Institute’s laboratory at Whitefield Road, Bengaluru, to undertake a wide range of environmental testing and analysis, thereby contributing to environmental protection and compliance with statutory requirements.

Approval by Government of Karnataka – Drugs Control Department
Shriram Institute for Industrial Research has been granted a Validity Certificate by the Drugs Control Department, Government of Karnataka.
This certificate confirms that the Institute, located at Whitefield Road, Bengaluru, has applied for the Retention of Approval in Form 37 (No. LAB/3/91). The approval is valid for the period from 01/01/2023 to 31/12/2027, subject to compliance with the requirements of the Department.

Shriram Institute for Industrial Research has been accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) under the international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
This accreditation certifies the Institute’s competence in the field of Testing and confirms that its facilities at Whitefield Road, Bengaluru, meet the requirements of both FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) and APEDA (Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority).
